TAKE Supply Chain Launches New Gemini Series® Android™ App for Smartphones

Android smartphone users can now access their organization’s ERP and warehouse management systems instantly after one-time Google Play store download
Austin, TX ‒ May 23, 2017 – TAKE Supply Chain (TSC), a division of TAKE Solutions Ltd., today announced that its Gemini Series® mobile data collection software is now available for download on Android™ smartphones via the Google Play store.
“Over the last two decades, Gemini Series has proven to be the premiere Windows®-powered mobile software solution for manufacturers’ seeking to automate warehouse operations via real-time inventory and lot traceability,” noted Steve Rice, Vice President, product group at TAKE Supply Chain. “However, we recognize that some of our customers are beginning to migrate to Android mobility solutions. That’s why we have been refining Gemini’s leading-edge architecture to create a more device-agnostic solution, starting with this new Gemini Series Android App for smartphones. We want to ensure our customers have the exact level of software flexibility and overall system expandability they need to meet their business goals with Gemini Series for years to come.”
The ease of use, simplicity and cost-efficiency of the new Gemini Series Android app will also improve TAKE Supply Chain’s ability to support customers’ quickly evolving business needs and ultimately provide a more rapid return on investment (ROI). Gemini Series users simply have to go to Google Play, download the new app and login to the portal using their same username and password once installation is complete. They’ll immediately be able to sync to their organization’s back-office systems for data sharing and retrieval.
